[season1-20] 까이유가 오늘은 뭘하고 놀았을까요? 까이유 영어 대본으로 일상회화 공부해봐요~

안녕하세요. 

아이들이 혼자서 노는건 부모 입장에서 정말 고마운 일이지만,

어릴때 기억을 떠올려보면 장난감도 재미없고, 책읽는것도 재미없을때가 있었던 것 같아요.

그래도 동생이 있어서 동생과 놀면 하루가 금방 갔었죠.

 

까이유도 오늘 많이 심심해 하네요. 로지가 낮잠을 자고 있어서 같이 놀 수도 없고요.

Caillou : Look, Gilbert, this is a picture of a cat. I'm tired of coloring. I want to play with someone. Rosie.

 

Caillou wanted to play with someone, but he knew he wasn't supposed to wake up Rosie when she was taking her nap.

 

Dad : Caillou. Shh. You know better than that, Caillou.

C : But I need someone to play with, Daddy.

D : Sorry, Caillou, we can't play with you now. You can play with Rosie later.

 

Caillou didn't want to play with someone later. He wanted to play with someone right now.

 

C : Do you want to play with me, Gilbert?

 

Caillou suddenly thought of another game they could play.

 

C : I'll be right back.

 

Caillou knew that Gilbert would not like a story about a dog. But he thought Gilbert would love a mouse story and a story with birds.

 

C : Look, Gilbert, it's storytime, Gilbert. This is a story about a mouse named Mousie.

One day Mousie had a friend named Meesie. And one day Meesie and Mousie...

Gilbert, look at the cute mouse. Gilbert, look here.

I know what we can play. Hold still... Daddy will take you for a nice ride.

 

D : Here... take that corner.

C : Gilbert. Gilbert and I are playing dress-up. I'm the daddy.

Mom : Caillou, dress-up is a people game.

C : A people game?

M : You know how you don't like to play baby games? That's because you're not a baby. Right?

C : Yes.

M : Well, Gilbert's a kitty cat, not a person. So he likes playing kitty cat games. Do you know what games he likes best?

C : Yes. You like cat games, don't you, Gilbert? Get it, Gilbert. We're kitty cats... playing a game together. Meow.

D : What nice kitty cats we have!

까이유가 길버트와 함께 놀았네요.

길버트한테 책읽어주는거 너무 귀엽지 않나요?

고양이니깐 강아지책은 빼는 거에서 나름 배려한다고 느꼈어요ㅋㅋㅋ

길버트한테 옷입혀주는 것도 아이 답고요. 까이유가 길버트와 나름 재미있게 놀려고 했네요.

peolpe은 복수의 개념이기때문에 뒤에 복수 동사(are)가 오고, person은 단수이기 때문에 단수 동사 형태(is)가 와요.

person을 복수형으로 쓰려면 persons라고 쓰면 된답니다.

더불어 오늘의 에피소드를 표현해 줄 대표 문장인 'I need a someone to play with'는 꼭 외우고 가셨으면 좋겠네요.
